Family Updates + Requests

Use one of the options below to expedite your communication with us! We are still available through email: family@gowildhearts.org but any requests for future support, changes in status or contact information and video updates/testimonials would be best sent below.

NOTE: THIS IS ONLY TO BE USED FOR PETS ALREADY IN OUR SPONSORSHIP FAMILY.

 

Sponsorships are required to participate in the quarterly check-in at minimum 4 times each year (January, April, July, and October) for continued support.

All sponsorships are required to participate in quarterly surveys. Requests for additional sponsorship whether equipment + supplies or financial support WILL NOT be processed unless you have completed the most recent quarterly survey. There are a number of reasons for these surveys which include:
- Providing valuable information about your pet and your needs.
- Allowing us to evaluate and identify commonalities found within our sponsorship family and identify gaps in service.
- Consideration of program expansion/changes - our support groups and educational resources were a direct result of our surveys!
- Collection of data which is used to help us write grants to help us fund you and your pet.

IF you miss 2 consecutive quarterly updates we will consider you an inactive sponsorship. You will need to reapply for any future sponsorship consideration. We will send one reminder email every quarter.

Request financial support for veterinary care, diagnostics, or rehabilitation services. Please note that in order to be considered for additional sponsorship, you must participate in Quarterly Updates.

Request assistive devices, supplies and equipment. Please note that in order to be considered for additional sponsorship, you must participate in Quarterly Updates.
