A custom outfit
Did you know there aren't many items out there to help dogs with special needs? You'll notice in a lot of Bialy's photos she was wearing an "outfit" - she did not have control over her bladder or bowels and because her left side was weaker than her right (causing her to drag her left hip on the ground) she developed a seroma and open wound on her hind left upper leg. Regular dog diapers just rode up on her or would fall off when she tried to move.
Luckily Bialy's Momma Terry was very resourceful and made Bialy her very own line of clothes to tackle all the issues. She purchased washing machine friendly doggy diapers along with some kids clothing, padded the left side "flap" and secured it in place to help with the scooting, added a strap to go over her neck so that the outfit and diaper would stay on and when it was soiled they were easy to take off and clean. These wonderful DIY outfits helped Bialy stay clean and wound free.
