Partner Workout, 2 minute situp challenge and elbow planks
No donation exercises today but still got in plenty of workout time between an hour long ILKB class using 3lb weights instead of gloves, partner drills with Will Miller, 2 minute situp challenge (45 today) and ended with elbow planks with Josh the Pitbull - gimmesomejosh 💪 #jackedlikejosh
