Day 10
#ILKB workout, 2 minute situp challenge, 1 minute plank + hydration!
We didn’t have any challenge exercises to do today so did a one hour ILKB workout and the daily 2 minute situp challenge (46!) and 1 minute elbow plank. Today we focused on hydration.
I try to drink at least four - 1000 milliliter bottles of water a day (which is a little over a gallon of water). Keeps me hydrated, keeps me feeling full, boosts energy level and maximizes physical performance among many other benefits. My challenge to you is to drink one more cup of water than you normally drink a day.
