Stairs with @gimmesomejosh, lots of exercises and my core work
Had a fantastic Day 12.
Stairs with 55 pounds of Josh the Pitbull - gimmesomejosh for part of Colleen Colombo's donation!! Many of you don't know we live in a third floor walkup. Which means we carry Josh (and his cart) up and down three flights of stairs anytime we go out. It's nice to have the roof deck as he can enjoy the outdoors and only need to do one flight of stairs 🤣 Today I am incorporating 10 reps of carrying Josh up and down a flight (these are half flights, so 20 of them). 💪
I did a combo of: 50 mountain climbers, 50 bicep curls, 30 second plank, 50 mountain climbers, 50 Russian twists, 50 bicycles, 30 second bridge hold and finished with 50 bicycles thanks to the remainder of Colleen’s donation.
Finished out the day with 2 minute side planks and 50 burpees thanks to Karen and Bryan’s donations.
