Day 14

Lots of ab work and more burpees

A huge thanks to my brother, Keith Kowalski for a generous donation and desire to kill my abs today with 50 burpees, 50 mountain climbers, and 4-one minute long planks (one on each side and two elbow).

Darn camera tilted after hitting the record button. Oh well at least you can see the punches Will Miller and I did during our 7 rounds during our ILKB class.

Also attempted to do a few caterpillar pushups again now that I've rested my wrist a bit. Need to continue strengthening but think I will incorporate some pushups back into the routine.
