Day 3
100+ Mountain Climbers, 2 minute sit-up challenge, 50 burpees, Planks with Knee Taps + Planks with Spider Knees
Still a bit sore but much more energy. So I hit the 9am ILoveKickboxing class then immediately did my 2 minute situp challenge (47 today!) and checked the mountain climbers off the list for Terry. Those feel so good!
Taylor asked instead of burpees to do planks with spider knees so I did those along with planks with knee taps. Had fun with @the_little_avocado enjoying her human tunnel again. Split up the burpees for Katie into two sets of 25. Still amazingly tough and exhausting but much better on my body than the 200 from Day 1!
Highlights/things I learned:
1. Burpees are tough.
2. Avocado loves to give kisses and crawl under my body during planks and pushups. It’s pretty adorable.
3. I enjoy mountain climbers. I am looking forward to doing more.
4. It’s so important to take time for yourself. Even if it’s just a few minutes of breathing deeply in silence.
