Day 4

Jump Squats, Caterpillar Pushups, 2 minute situp challenge and Partner work with Will

Day 4 Recap (forgot to post last night): Continued stretching has been needed and wish I could get in to see my massage therapist to work out some areas of tension that keep popping up.

My right wrist has been acting up and unfortunately gave out during my third caterpillar pushup today. I kept going but am hoping that it will not become an issue longterm. I am wrapping it, icing it and putting on T-Relief and using the TENS unit to help relieve some of the discomfort.

Thank you Corey and Bryan for your support and I added jump squats today which felt good but boy are they one of my least favorite exercises - even more than burpees!

Had a blast doing the live ILoveKickboxing class with Will today. It was nice to have a little resistance when throwing punches and kicks as opposed to the shadow boxing I was doing since we don’t have a bag at home.

Highlights/things I learned:
1. A little concerned about my right wrist but am hopeful that taking extra precautions will allow me to continue utilizing it.
2. Jump squats. Yuck.
3. Loved the partner workout with Will today and am looking forward to doing more of it.
4. Hit the original $600 goal to help pets with mobility impairments!!! So I upped the goal to $1,000! I know we can do it!
